The location is ideal for exploring the city, yet our room had several issues: curtains were poorly hung, the shower head was defective, the light flickered on for 5 seconds then turned off by itself, the towel rails didn’t hold, and the air‑conditioning was extremely loud and clearly under‑maintained.

The staff were excellent, eager, and had problem‑solving skills that handled everything we faced with instant solutions, smiles, and clear communication. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and offered a view. The breakfast was plentiful, and the location was fantastic. We left very satisfied! Bravo!

The location, staff, room design, and balcony view were all great, and I’d definitely stay again if I visit Crete. The only downside was that the king‑size bed was actually two twins combined, which is a common issue in Greece; otherwise everything was perfect.
