Everything was great; we stayed for a day.

Only the location was good. During the 3‑day stay the room was never cleaned. The towels were old, one of them was dirty. The mattress was sagging, and you sink straight into the frame. The bed frame squeaked so much that the curtains moved. There were cups but no kettle. In the bathroom an electric towel warmer could have been installed; the wet towel never dried. I had requested early check‑in and it was agreed. I arrived at 5 am, only to find that I was supposed to leave at 5 am. I don’t understand why we arranged early check‑in. The room was poorly cleaned at check‑in, with hair scattered throughout the room and bathroom. There was no refrigerator or air‑conditioner. I had spent a week in Shymkent for the same price and had all of those amenities. I will not stay here again.

The place was clean and the bedding was good. It needs some renovation.

I definitely can. I arrived at night, checked in, walked around night‑time Karaganda looking for a place to eat, came back, rinsed off (it’s a truly unique situation when the tap is set to reverse, jolting you when you expect warm water but it’s cold), and slept well. The lack of internet in the lobby is a problem; there is Wi‑Fi, but my room’s signal was completely dead.
