Wie Gäste das Haus bewerten, Aspekt für Aspekt.
The room was big, but the bathroom had a bad smell, as if the last guest hadn’t been properly cleaned up. The air and TV worked, but I only took one water and one soda; at checkout the staff told me I had taken three, which felt disrespectful. They’re not organized about what’s in the rooms and don’t check before the next guest. I was very disappointed.

The location and service were good, but access was difficult: you have to call reception every time you want to enter or exit so they open the gate, the staircase is narrow, the facilities are cramped and somewhat dirty, and the stair rail was loose. I wouldn’t stay here again.

They cancelled my reservation, and that’s all.

There was no place to hang clothes, they advertised a pool that never existed, and there was no breakfast. The current hotel used to be a motel and hasn’t improved.
