The place is very pleasant, the staff are always very friendly, the breakfast is delicious. The room was very comfortable even though we were three adults. The location is great, a 13‑minute walk to Asakusa station and a 3‑minute walk to Senso‑ji temple. The neighbourhood feels safe. Everything was fine.

The hotel is beautiful, the staff are amazing, the service is excellent, and the neighbourhood is really nice – highly recommend! The room feels a little cramped.

The location is great, the room is comfortable, and laundry service is free. The staff have odd rules; they insisted on using a tiny coffee cup for breakfast and wouldn’t let me use a glass mug. I had a mug in the room, so I brought it down and used that, but the lack of cooperation felt illogical and unnecessary. This happened a few times and the staff either didn’t help or said no for no good reason.
