“Definitely not a 4-star hotel”

They gave us the room early, even though check‑in starts at 15. The bed mattress was comfortable. You can get to the city centre by public transport; there’s a station nearby. The furniture was outdated and should be replaced. Soundproofing was practically non‑existent; we could hear everything from the hallway and neighboring rooms. Curtains and drapes were old, unwashed, and had visible dirt stains. The shower curtain looked awful and was yellowed at the bottom. The shower hose was rusty and dirty. The shower gel dispenser was empty and never refilled during our stay. We stayed two nights, but towels were not changed at all, not even the bath mat. Toilet paper that had been used was not replaced, and the room was not cleaned during our stay. Breakfast offered many options, but overall quality was poor.

I loved everything about the hotel, it was fantastic.

The reception was good and competent, breakfast was good, dinner was ok. The pictures give a completely different impression, at most 3 stars! The pool bar closed at 18:50, even though the pool stayed open until 21:00. Writing the room number at the pool bar or paying in cash is not possible, only card. The spa area is very small and has too few loungers, there is one, but nothing more to say positively. The bathroom in the room is old and worn out. The outdoor area has not much grass and is rather unkempt. In the capital several staff members should also speak English, especially because it is supposed to be a 4* hotel.

“Absolutely beautiful”

Everything was wonderful! The place was exceptionally clean, the breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety of options, and the location was truly special. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it
