Location and cleanliness were good, but support was poor; I tried WhatsApp a few times with no answer at all. On one occasion my card wouldn't work and I couldn't enter my room after a hectic day, and again WhatsApp and call a few times, no answer. I had to wait more than 30 minutes until I met the worker.
