This hotel is a gem, located right in the heart of the old downtown area, making it super easy to get around and explore. The room is stylishly decorated and the bed is ridiculously comfy. The hotel's resident cat is a total highlight - it's so fun to watch it run around. The staff are also a major plus, super friendly and helpful, and they even offer pick-up and drop-off service, which was a lifesaver.
We stayed at the Nine Shepherd Hotel in Shangri-La and everything was spot on – the room was spotless, cozy, and in great shape, making the whole visit a pleasure. The staff were consistently friendly and attentive, delivering top‑class service throughout. It was a very comfortable and memorable stay, and we’re already planning to return.
