The room was filthy and stank, and I doubt it had been cleaned since the last guest. A rat ran across the room within the first few seconds of being there. I asked for a different room but they wouldn’t give me one. I didn’t stay and couldn’t get a refund from the hotel or anything else – worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.

The staff were fantastic—friendly, helpful, and welcoming from start to finish, and the lobby’s design was gorgeous. On the downside, the room didn’t match the photos; it had a strong odor and the toilet had visible stains that made it feel less clean and comfortable.
