The family room works for five of us, but the staff weren’t very good at handling customers, and there was no wheelchair access; they wouldn’t let us park temporarily in front of the door to drop my husband even though he uses a wheelchair. Also, the table cloth on the ironboard needed replacing.

1)The views 🪟. 2) Room size comfort with beds . 3) Parking lot in a good location. 4) The hotel is in a good location. 5) The staff treated guests well. 1) The 🚿 water heater spoiled .we shower cold water at night first days stay second day we report to hotel staff had replace it or service it but still the same, after second person shower hot water gone become low hot temperature to cold. Third day we check out. 2) The room was dusty dust floors .I believe not even proper sweep & mop. 3) water boiler for hot beverage not provide in the room. 3) I had read comments from other guests staying in the hotel that the same comment room was dusty & the water heater was not working and also water boiler hot beverage not provide in the room.i had experienced the same situation

The hotel is right in the city centre, but the toilet needed checking and the condition of the room had to be fixed.
