It was very close to Naha Airport, and if you like planes you’ll definitely love it because you can watch them from the rooftop pool; the free lounge bar was also very enjoyable. If you want to stay at the hotel and maybe go into the city it’s an absolute good location, but if you want to explore Okinawa as an island you will have to travel up to 5 hours by bus or monorail.

Free parking, a nice view of the sea and the airport to watch planes, a rooftop terrace with pool and bar where you can mix your own cocktails. Unfortunately the breakfast for a 4‑star hotel was not very good; there was little choice and you could only pick between three options: sandwich, burrito, or a Japanese variant, plus a small salad buffet, croissant, and yogurt. We expected more.

There were some poorly behaved children from abroad who didn’t bother anyone, and the food was tasty. This was a one‑night stay to find a place, so it was within budget. I usually stay at hotels over 100 000 yen, but the room size and lounge were good. It would be great if there were rooms with an open‑air bath and a sea view from the bath.

Everything! The view was stunning overlooking turquoise waters with a fantastic view of the runways. The room was huge, very clean with comfortable beds and pillows. There was a little kitchen area with a small oven, micro, fridge and freezer. The balcony was small but great for train spotting. The rooftop pool and bar are fabulous with great views. We got a taxi from the airport which cost about £12 but there is a bus stop right outside the airport (stand number 6) which drops you a minute away from the hotel. We took the bus to Naha airport and caught the monorail from there. So even though some reviews have said the location is a little remote, there are easy and cheap ways to get around. We are vegetarian and have struggled with food during out stay in Japan however there were a few veggie options in the restaurants just a minute walk away from the hotel. And despite being so close to the runways, you could not hear anything in the room. We only spent 4 days here, but were so sad to be leaving. We also did a karate history tour which was possibly the highlight of our trip and would highly recommend
