“Sehr erholsam in wunderschöner Landschaft”

If you like a truly quiet and comfortable stay in a beautiful landscape, this is the right place. Unlike many large hotels in the area, it feels very family‑friendly and cozy while still being highly professional. The staff are very friendly and the restaurant is excellent. The view from the room and from the restaurant is dreamy. There are no shortcomings with the accommodation itself, but if you plan to hike, you should know that the trails directly from the hotel are nice but limited and then go far and high, e.g., toward Schneekoppe. Real loop trails are rare because of the geographic location in the truly beautiful but steep valley. You will have to drive to a more suitable starting point or accept a few tough uphill climbs. Whether that is a drawback or an advantage is up to each person to decide.

The reception was friendly and spoke several languages, but the waiter in the restaurant wore an unbuttoned shirt while other staff were smoking, which was a bit off-putting.

“Incredible place to stay in Czech mountains.”

Incredible place to stay in the Czech mountains. Quiet spot, outstanding views! The room was spacious and clean, and it was great that there were bowls and a bed for the dog. Very clean room, everything you need is there. Comfortable bed, clean shower with all appliances. Outstanding breakfast, the restaurant is generally very tasty and not pricey. A lot of tracks to walk around, fresh air and nice people around. 10/10
