Every time I go to Hyatt, this hotel is my go‑to. The accessibility, facilities, and cleanliness are basic, but the staff’s friendly attitude is moving. The free breakfast makes you feel warmly welcomed, which is the best impression. In the highlands of Nuwara Eliya and the Hyatt area, it’s hard to find a place with as much hot water as this one. “Beautiful room and hotel”

The hotel looks stunning, with a lovely pool and beautiful gardens. The staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful. The food was also very tasty. The room was very comfortable and spacious, although the separated bathroom isn’t very private because it opens to the ceiling.
