This little house is a real charm. The hosts are perfect and have decorated every room with great taste. It’s away from the center of Cagliari, but you rest like never before and it’s only a 15‑minute bus ride. No complaints, I would recommend it to anyone going to Cagliari.

A very hospitable family. We had a nice balcony. Breakfast included fruit, yogurt, and coffee made by the host—a very welcoming breakfast. It’s close to the bus stop, and a big plus is the nearby grocery store. The room has a mini‑fridge. The shared bathroom with the toilet for two families meant we couldn’t always use it; sometimes someone else had to wait. If breakfast time overlaps with a roommate’s, you’ll end up eating with a stranger at the same table.

The place was gorgeous, from the charming and welcoming house to the spotless rooms, the breakfast, and the two fantastic hosts who really touched our hearts. Nothing to complain about.

Overall a pretty nice place, owners friendly and ready to give you info on where to go and what to do. The room size is suitable for two people. The neighborhood, while quiet, still feels a bit uneasy, with little parking and a busy street. Despite staying for many days, the room was never cleaned, the bed never made, and the towels never changed. The air‑conditioner was great for cooling the room, but if you left it on just before leaving for half an hour, the room would be cool on return and the owner would ask if it was turned off. Breakfast was not very varied and seemed like it was bought from a supermarket.

The owners are very friendly, making you feel at home and adding to the interest of the stay. The breakfasts were full and good. The room had air conditioning (essential in summer on the island). Sheets, towels, etc. were very clean and in good condition; everything was tidy.
