Breakfast was excellent. The room was sealed with no way to open the window, and it was hard to sleep with the noisy air conditioning.

The location is unbeatable. The staff went out of its way to help. Breakfast was excellent, and the room was very comfortable. The only issue was the lack of hooks for towels in the bathroom and a soap dish.

The hotel is great, the staff very cooperative, and the room decent. As we observed Shabbat, they agreed to allow us a late checkout. The hotel is not Kosher, but we knew that beforehand, so no complaints.

The hotel is very tidy, clean, centrally located, and the beds are very comfortable. There is a lounge with light and hot drinks and also wine on the 10th floor, which adds a nice touch to the overall experience. We enjoyed it a lot! The ice tray was stained, and the cover was dirty. In our room, we found a mattress protector in the wardrobe that was dirty with blood stains. Small details like these negatively affect the overall experience.

אהבנו מאוד את המיקום , שקרוב למקומות בילוי שוק הכרמל , נחלאות. צוות אדיב ארוחת בוקר טובה המחיר שווה לתמורה. בהגעתי ביקשתי שיחליפו את הכריות והפוך לסינטטי מאחר ואישתי אלרגית מאוד לנוצות, הבקשה הביתה בסביבות 1 בצהריים בעת קבלת החדר, שחזרנו בשעה 1800 לערך הונך לנו פוך יחיד על המיטה וזהו ולא הוצא שום כרית או פוך עם הנוצות מהחדר למרות בקשתינו, התקשרנו לקבלה והם לא ידעו על מה מדובר למרות שהבקשה היתה מהקבלה לאחר שיצאנו לטייל ב1330 בערך , החוסר תקשורת עם העובדים הזרים קצת בעייתי כי הם לא הבינו מה רצו מהם וחבל , אחרי יום בחוץ לא היה כח להמתין להחלפה של הפוך והכריות. לא נעים אבל בסדר סה"כ היה שרות נעים במלון , נשמח לחזור שוב
