Everything was pristine, the airport was just a 10‑minute walk, parking was hassle‑free, and check‑in was smooth; we never actually saw any staff, which was fine, though the beds felt very firm for us.

The rooms look clean and modern, but the details in the listing are misleading: the rooms are not soundproof, there is no jacuzzi even though it’s advertised as a 4‑star hotel, the place feels more like a house with rooms and almost no outdoor area, it’s in a residential neighbourhood, there’s no lobby and only self‑check‑in, breakfast is self‑service and guests must tidy up, when we told the owner we came for the jacuzzi he said it was occupied even though no one else was there, the shower has a noisy sliding door, no shampoo, water leaks onto the floor, we stayed two nights and the room was never cleaned, and the hotel should be re‑evaluated by the booking platform.

I was able to check in later than usual, the service was outstanding, the bed was comfortable and everything was very clean—would definitely recommend 100%, nothing was wrong.
