The beachside spot, sea‑view pool, good restaurant and breakfast were great, but the air‑con was extremely noisy so we had to turn it off at night and the room got hot. The room was very close to the reception and therefore noisy, even though we explicitly asked for a quiet room.

The location, the peace, the very tasty food, the pool right by the sea gives a great rest! The staff were always very good and friendly. A bus takes you to Tayrona Park, which is 5‑8 minutes away.

The property was beautiful and clean; food at the restaurant is really good. However, the villa we stayed in wasn’t well kept – the electricity came and went during our stay, not too often but at least 3/4 times over 4 nights. There were leaks by the showers. Staff were mostly cordial and kind, although the ones we met on the first day upon arrival weren’t very welcoming. I wish there had been a transfer service provided by the hotel to move around the area.

The tranquility of the facilities. I didn’t like that the cabin I stayed in had a damaged sliding door that led to the outside. That made my last night not peaceful.
