The place is very clean, the service is fast and excellent. The only problem is that the bus to the shrine is not regular; it only runs at specific times and then returns.

The hotel is a great choice for those seeking cleanliness, silence, and quick service, offering real value for the price. The rooms were small compared to the number of family members.

My stay at Diar Al‑Khaleediyah was truly wonderful, and I’m grateful to the hotel management for their excellent hospitality and attention to guests, especially to Mr. Mohammed Hussein Al‑Barmawi for his high morals, friendly demeanor, and willingness to help us with a generous spirit—he is a very respectful man who deserves all the thanks. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and organized, with excellent service and courteous staff; the atmosphere is very comfortable. I especially thank Mr. Mohammed Hussein Al‑Barmawi for all his care and concern for our comfort, and I hope this will not be my last visit. Thank you again to Diar Al‑Khaleediyah and to Mr. Mohammed Hussein Al‑Barmawi, and best wishes to them always. Everything was excellent and deserved.

The staff were helpful and the service was fast and efficient. When we arrived in Mecca we spent a long time looking for “Diar Alkhalidiya”; the hotel had changed its name to FOUR POINTS by Sheraton, which we only discovered after calling. We wanted to see the Haram on TV, but it wasn’t working. The shuttle bus didn’t go to the Haram; it dropped us at a bus stop, and we had to walk a long distance to catch a public bus, which meant more walking to the Haram area. We ended up booking Ubers to and from the hotel, adding significant cost because the Uber had to take the long route (outer ring road). Ibrahim Khalil Street is super packed with cars, lorries, and buses trying to navigate more than one U‑turn. Walking from the Haram took 30 minutes, and there was no safe place to walk. It’s a good hotel, but the location is very bad. I won’t book there again.
