The setting was beautiful, the staff were friendly and helpful, and checking in was easy even after hours; the room met all our needs, the bathroom was lovely, and the toiletries were nice—definitely worth the price, though the room got very hot during a heat wave.

The location worked well for our visits to Fence and for meeting friends and family; nothing to add.

The staff were amazing, from the lovely chap who checked us in, to Beth who was super, and the young lad at breakfast was fab; we had a relaxed two‑night stay with great food.

The room was lovely, the food good, and the staff friendly, but it was a bit noisy from music downstairs late in the evening.

The breakfast was the best I’ve ever had, and I had a few more; overall everything—staff, room, food—was excellent.
