Cleanliness, very friendly and hospitable host. Location, if you travel alone and during the off season it might be a bit nervous to walk alone
It was the cleanest and most modern room I had in Sri Lanka. The shower was amazing. They we’re so friendly and made a really good breakfast

I love how close it was to the beaches as well as the coziness of the place. Everything was clean and there was even a little kitchenette in our room
We had a wonderful stay at this accommodation. The location is perfect peaceful, yet conveniently close to everything we needed. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious, fresh, and prepared with great care, making every morning special. The overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and everything was clean and well-maintained. It truly felt like a relaxing home away from home. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. ❤️
“Exceptional”
Mellow yellow is brilliant. The room was very clean and seem newly done. The location is 3 minutes in a tuk tuk from all the popular cafes and restaurants which are so easy to get. This place gave us the chance to experience a new beach club everyday rather than paying a lot of money just to stay in one which can get boring. The owners are a lovely family who are very welcoming :). The only down side is it being on the main road so can hear a bit of traffic but with the fan on at night it drains the noise out
