The entrance had impressive artwork, but the staff didn’t issue a tax invoice, wouldn’t let the Zomato delivery person drop off food at the door, and charged for water. The place felt unhygienic.

They’re cheating customers by using a fancy brand name while the actual hotel is just “red vibe only.” It’s a fraud; I should get my money back because the quality didn’t match what was advertised online.

The staff were absolutely awful. Even after I paid in full and confirmed my booking, they claimed there were no rooms because of a heavy rush. When I complained, they finally gave me a room, but I had to check out the next morning. It feels like a place only for guys and girls to enjoy on an hourly basis. The area is bad, so I’d advise others not to stay here with their families.
