“Cosy with a fun twist”
The staff were fantastic and friendly, the decor was fun, service was great, and the location in the city is perfect.

I wasn’t there for a while, and it felt like arriving into warmth and friendliness. I can’t go to any other hotel in Cologne, because otherwise I’d feel like I’m betraying this gem.
The Sky Lounge is very beautiful.

The atmosphere is amazing, the room is large and clean, the service is perfect, the breakfast is very tasty, and the staff are friendly. The hotel has style – we love it.
A chic hotel with a nice sauna, right next to the cathedral and a huge Penny supermarket plus an Asia supermarket. The staff were the highlight; I got an unexpected upgrade at check‑in and, when I forgot my favourite clothing item, they arranged delivery to London at check‑out. Though the hotel is rated 4*, the facilities and customer service feel like 5*.
