The staff were amazing, very kind, quick to reply and helpful. The room was nice, clean, and spacious. There is a common area with a fridge, and we got a shelf in the room, which was convenient. They also helped us arrange the airport shuttle. The Starita Pizzeria is just around the corner 😁. The door could block out more noise, but it’s a minor issue.

We enjoyed a fantastic stay at AlbaNova. The rooms were tidy and comfortable, and the location was very convenient for exploring Naples, with the Materdei metro station nearby. The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful, and communication before and during our stay was excellent. We also appreciated the good value for money. We would happily stay here again and recommend AlbaNova to anyone visiting Naples!
