“Bad Bathroom”
The bed was comfortable. The Bathroom was in terrible disarray. The sink unit was horrible and in very bad shape. The whole bathroom needs a remodel badly

The parking was close to our room and the tub was big, but it wasn’t clean, so my fiancé and I had to buy supplies and scrub it ourselves before we could use it. The room itself was filthy, with dust and bugs behind furniture, a dirty carpet, and a Red Devil balloon under the bed that clearly belonged to a previous guest, showing the room hadn’t been properly cleaned. The toilet wouldn’t flush, forcing us to drive to a gas station to use the bathroom. Wi‑Fi didn’t work with the TV, so I bought a TV cord to connect my phone just to watch TV. The main door handle was loose and wiggly, making us feel insecure. For the price we paid, the condition of the room was completely unacceptable; I wish I’d taken pictures, but I didn’t think to do that at the time.

I stayed in room #8, where the toilets barely had enough pressure to flush properly, often needing a heavy‑duty plunger. The shower also had low water pressure, but that was expected given the price. Bathroom lighting flickered, and with all the lights on the room felt dim. There was an old musty smell. When I accidentally spilled fruit punch, I cleaned it with a bath towel, but the owner said I ruined his towel and demanded a $100 cash deposit, not credit or debit, and refused to let me stay until I paid. Room rates differed between in‑person and booking sites: the king‑bed suite with jacuzzi cost $160 each night for 4 nights, but the same room was listed online for $120. I later switched to room #8, paying $110 a night, while online it showed $85–$95 depending on the night. The microwave seemed heavily used, and the room doors had only a simple bottom lock, no extra top lock.

The pillows were soft and there were no bed bugs. Everything else looked like it was falling apart—holes, cracks, burn spots—so it seemed nothing had been fixed or replaced in 20 years.

The room was good. Nothing negative.
