The location was very convenient, close to the pier and market, with a full‑service grocery store and a pharmacy right across the street. The mattress was thin and uncomfortable, there were no curtains for privacy, and no separate storage cabinets for belongings. The host’s family of four lived in the apartment, so the common areas were cluttered and felt like someone’s living room, which made me uneasy. The fridge was tiny, always full, and couldn’t keep items cold, and the bedroom walls were covered in wallpaper.

It felt like home, simple and comfortable, especially with children around. I especially liked the owner, who treated guests sincerely and seriously. When we started chatting, we talked about life, hardships, gossip, and she even took me to Dapeng Bay, a sailing spot, a church, and East Long Temple. Before leaving, I couldn’t say a proper goodbye, but I’m very grateful to her. No negative points.
