The hotel itself is good. I asked five times for an invoice in person and later by email, but never received it; I shouldn't have had to spend hours chasing it, even though I supplied all the details repeatedly.
Very chaotic hotel with no proper orientation at check‑in. The staff tried, but clearly lacked training for hotel operations. The building feels like a maze, making it impossible to find your way immediately. Every basic detail about the hotel routine and sports program had to be asked for yourself. The wellness area is adequate for a high‑end gym, but below average for a hotel spa. Bottom line: mediocrity everywhere, nothing truly convincing.
