The location is spot‑on, the staff are always friendly and helpful, the bar and breakfast are plentiful, and all the comforts are there. The bathroom drain could use a review, and the room was a bit small.

Clean, good location.

The B&B is very comfortable, clean, and welcoming. Because it’s inside a courtyard, you don’t hear any street noise. Everything else is fine.

Although it’s close to many key spots in the city, getting there requires an uber, taxi, or car, which are very expensive in Naples. Still, it can be considered well‑located. Adriano is attentive and pleasant. The place itself isn’t great; the building is very old and looks abandoned.

The location was excellent, right near all the main areas in Napoli and close to the ferry terminal for island day trips. Adriano, the host, is very helpful and even brewed us coffee 😀. There’s a fridge and an espresso machine in the kitchen. It’s across from the botanical gardens and right next to a laundromat. The only downside is the breakfast options: the first café is closer and I’d recommend it, because the staff at the second café are very rude to non‑Italian speakers who don’t speak Italian.
