The view and spot were gorgeous, and the greenery was impeccably maintained—really calming. On the downside, the bathroom had ants and the water was cut off for over five hours, which was a real challenge for me in my eighties.

The location and view were outstanding, and the staff was extremely friendly and helped me with my difficulty getting up the stairs (see below); I’d rate them 5 stars! The suite itself was lovely. However, I didn’t realize there were stairs to the main lobby and to my room on the second floor, which made it hard for an older person like me. I did find a ramp from the north end of the building to the lobby, which helped. The staff assisted with carrying my luggage up to the second floor. The room got very warm due to high temperatures; there were ceiling and portable fans, but it was still hot. I understand this was a unique weather situation, and it wouldn’t be an issue otherwise. As much as I liked the location and facilities, I probably wouldn’t return unless I knew I was on the first floor.
