“Worst decision to book this hotel. The hotel is like a horror room and icu compartment”

The staff here were friendly and polite, but unfortunately, they didn't quite deliver on the facilities they promised. The room itself was a disaster - it wasn't even clean, and the lack of a geyser was a major issue, especially since they didn't even offer a heater to warm the water. The mattress was possibly the worst I've ever slept on, and we ended up having to cancel our stay due to an emergency.

“Not recommend for stay”

The location of this hotel is great, but that's about where the positives end. Our stay was a complete disaster - we had no way to contact reception, the door lock was broken, and the toilet wasn't even flushing properly. To top it all off, there was no towel or soap in the washroom, no TV, and no generator to keep the power on. We even lost electricity for three hours in the middle of the night, and there was no place to store our clothes.

The cleanliness of this place was a major plus - it was spotless. Unfortunately, there's not much else to say about our stay. The hotel seemed to be missing a few key amenities, and we didn't have a great experience overall.
