The hotel's location is super convenient, right near the bus terminal.
The staff were really attentive and friendly, that's what made my stay great.

There was nothing good. The double‑bed mattress was actually two mattresses joined together with a slope in the middle, terribly bad. Hygiene was poor, everything was bad, I was charged separately for parking, and that wasn’t mentioned on Booking.
Nothing positive. All the beds were stained, sheets were torn, there was moisture throughout the facility. The parking is paid separately and they don’t explain that. The buffet breakfast was not a buffet, just a tortilla and nothing else. My girlfriend is lactose intolerant and there was no toast with jam for breakfast. Hot water took a long time to come out.

The staff were polite, but the bathroom lacked ventilation, had an odor and high humidity, with makeshift repairs that look like they’ve been there forever. Noise from adjacent rooms and the corridor is audible, and one of the elevators doesn’t seem very reliable.
