My car wasn’t towed. The night staff were rude, and I waited at 4:30 pm for a long time to check in. There was only one counter person. The hotel’s generator started blasting off at 10 pm after a long day and didn’t stop until after 10:30. The night staff were rude and said they couldn’t help. I paid $32 to park in their lot for one night to a vendor that isn’t Marriott.

The staff were amazing—kind, wonderful, and welcoming—and the location was great. However, parking costs $30+ a day, which alone makes me hesitant to return.

spacious bathroom and studio plenty of space the layout good, clean, quite area. breakfast options are very limited and the qty. is low as well, for instance one type of bagels, 3 types of cereal which by the way was all gone by the time we came around 9:30am, no water, no scrambled eggs !!! just 3 types of sausages, no bacon, etc. Bar VERY expensive, 2 cocktails and 1 beer total $56.00 $30.00 for parking and there is very limited parking area, so you pay to park on the street. No restaurant in the hotel or walking distance. No fridge in the room ( studio)

The lobby and room have a clean, neat, comfortable atmosphere. The bed was good, and I appreciated the lightweight comforter and kitchenette. There was no second nightstand, so I used the chair. The sofa didn’t support my back well, and there were no luggage racks. The room wasn’t serviced until Saturday, even though our stay was Wed‑Sun.

The hotel was new. Parking is city‑run and required several phone calls and 1.5 hrs to complete due to a very slow process, and I was charged an extra $10.00 on top of the $31.00 per day for the city service; I’ll look for other accommodations next time.
