The hotel sits nicely near Place de Armas, with large, clean rooms. A breakfast lunch packet is handy if you’re leaving early. The staff weren’t very friendly, and there was no Wi‑Fi in our room. They reset the system, but the problem reappeared an hour later. The city of Puno is awful.
