“Não gostei”

I liked the view of Avenida Libertad, but the place was old, dark, the floor was dirty, the toilet made horrible noises, and we left late at night and asked for a clean-up later. We waited from 14:29 until 20:00 and nothing was done even after several requests, so we spent the whole afternoon in the lobby. In the end I had to go out to get my room cleaned for an appointment and they only cleaned it after we left! The hotel restaurant also had very few dinner options and the waiter was unhelpful; when I asked if there was a sandwich, he said no, then I asked another waiter and he pointed it out on the menu. I won’t stay there again, it’s too old and the reception smells like sewage.

“Wonderful Stay again!”

Wonderful experience again.our third time at this hotel. Nicolas at the reception and concierge was a pleasure to talk to and very helpful! Charles helped us with our restaurant reservation as well. and cant thank the housekeeping team that always do a great job in making up the room and providing extra coffee and creamers. Overall cant ask for anything more. Also happy to see that the hotel has renovated elevators, carpets etc. To top it all, the breakfast here is one of the best we have had in Paris. Huge spread and could order stuff as well. Thank you.will be back!. Everything was excellent, cant fault anything to be honest

A very comfortable room with a stunning view of the Arc de Triomphe, perfectly located, and the breakfast was delicious!

“Uncomfortable. And we’re Marriott rewards members..”

Room had ants and no A/C. Took 2 days to rectify. Noticed front desk on initial day of check in
