There was nothing for breakfast, and the coffee wasn’t good.

The elevator was broken, so I had to carry everything upstairs to our room; the lobby, hallway, and room all smelled bad, and people were hanging around outside, making us uncomfortable. We only stayed one night, requested a refund, and left for a different hotel. I’ll never go back or recommend anyone else to it. The manager didn’t even ask or care that we wanted out, just said “ok, be out by 11am.” Everything, the room and the hotel in general, looked dirty and smelled bad; the staff, except for one guy, were rude. I felt unsafe and dirty the whole time.

The front desk clerk was excellent! The room had several “love bugs”; I killed 8 and disposed of them. We’re Floridians. The hair dryer made a funny noise when turned on and then sparked fire—I unplugged it quickly, and the clerk found me another and took the broken one. The flies bothered me the most, since we’ve had them at our home last month—just NOT inside! Buffet breakfast was very limited 😏

They kept my deposit for staying in a room for literally 3 hours, with no damage
