The cabin was a good size, the sheets and towels were clean, and the lady at reception helped us find places to go. However, there was no screen door and the flying ants and bugs were relentless at night, so we kept all doors and windows shut. The cups were filthy and the kettle was worn inside, so we had to buy a kettle, paper cups, and plates.

The location was convenient, but the unit was sold and booked as two rooms while it actually had only one, forcing us to change sleeping arrangements and have one person sleep on the sofa.

I liked the compact cabin and the good beds, especially the second double that had easy head access—no over‑head bunk sticking out, which was perfect for us older folks. The lounge area, like many cabins, was uncomfortable and could use more consideration for older people and kids. It’s not far from most facilities if you’re driving. The paperwork felt overly strict at first, but the staff were pleasant and changed that impression.
