The decor is cozy, the bed very comfortable, the room is well sized, and the staff are helpful and courteous; Shota was very welcoming and helpful. The only issues were the lack of lifts and a slightly small shower.

We stayed on the top floor, the stairs are steep, but my 3‑year‑old son climbed without trouble; the staff helped us carry our luggage. The staff speak English and Russian, with only one person speaking Georgian, and we spoke both languages, so no problem. They let us park right at the hotel entrance with cones, and we called ahead to have it ready. Shops and metro or bus stops are nearby, and the staff advised us on restaurants and breakfast spots. Everything else was correct, though the showers could be improved because water leaks out and we had to use towels on the floor to keep everything dry.

The staff were extremely friendly and the location was fantastic, giving the place a unique vibe. The breakfast felt a bit overpriced.

A very pleasant, small hotel in a quiet spot not far from the central avenue (there’s traffic during the day but it’s peaceful at night). The interior garden is superb and full of antiques. My room was comfortable, the internet worked well, and the soundproofing between rooms was good. I especially liked how the staff were all very friendly and always ready to help, speaking Russian fluently.
