I had plenty of space and a spot for all my ski gear, and the gondolas were close by. The rooms felt half‑empty, and though there was a kitchen, there were no utensils, no dishes, and no tap water. Breakfast often ran out of eggs, and the price didn’t match the quality, so I’d give it 5/10. The Wi‑Fi was awful; we brought laptops to work but had to pay extra for a decent connection.

The 2‑bed, 2‑bath unit with three balconies was bright, warm, and spotless, and I was pleasantly surprised that it was cleaned daily like an apartment. The pool was lovely, and the shuttle service was fantastic. The manager and Slavi were welcoming and helpful. Walking to town at night felt a bit off‑road in the dark, so a torch would help; a smoother road and tidier surroundings would make the curbside view nicer.

The hotel looked nice, but the facilities were outdated. It has a large indoor pool that isn’t heated, and a small spa area. The big pool isn’t suitable for winter with kids. Breakfast is available, but dinner isn’t included in the all‑inclusive package.

Every staff member was friendly, available, and happy to chat or help with any request. The location was excellent—just a short walk to the gondola, restaurants, a supermarket, shops, and ski rentals, and close enough to the old town for evening strolls. Breakfast offered plenty of variety, and overall the value for money was great. The sauna seemed out of order during our stay, but the steam room worked fine. It would have been nice if the spa and pool opened a bit earlier; the staff kindly offered to open the spa early, though the pool remained closed.

I liked everything, especially how close it was to the gondola. The access route wasn’t very pleasant and there was no lighting at night.
