The location and cleanliness were good, but the elevator was a problem.

The hotel sits right in the center, close to the historic core, so we hardly used any transport to wander around the city’s different districts. Except for the check‑in, we never met anyone at the front desk.

The bed was comfortable, the place was clean and well‑located. The fridge stopped working and they refused to replace it when we arrived. The air‑conditioning was broken and there was no hot water after 7 pm.

Lage, Austattung. Die Rezeption ist so gut wie nie besetzt. Kontakt mit dem Personal ist nur über WhatsApp möglich. Es scheint, keine Hausordnung zu geben ( ich habe keine gesehen). Die Anlage verfügt über einen Lounge für gemeinsame Nutzung, aber einige Gäste scheinen keine Rücksicht auf andere zu haben und machen Lärm während Nachtstunden (ich wurde einmal um 06:00 Uhr früh geweckt)
