“I was recovering mostly and it was a nice stay for me”

I was thoroughly impressed with the hotel's location and affordability, which made it an ideal choice for my stay in Hanoi. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome and eager to return to the hotel in the future.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and supportive throughout my stay, and I appreciated the hotel's quiet location, which was easy to find despite being a bit tucked away. However, I encountered some issues, including a small room with standard, but not impressive, furnishings, and a hot water system that broke down during my stay, making the water scalding hot and unusable.
