The staff were really friendly and the location was great
The hotel's location was spot on for us - easy access to the A1
The breakfast was top class - a full English made to order, plus fruit and yogurt

The staff were friendly, and the bathroom and shower were decent, but I’m not one to write negative reviews, so I’ll say this stay fell short. The hotel and room looked worn and clearly needed proper upkeep. The windows were in bad shape, with rotted frames and visible grime. The room itself was dusty, and I found a large crushed bug stuck in the roller blind. The outdoor jacuzzi/pump kept running until about 9 pm, creating a distracting amount of noise that made it hard to relax. I decided to leave early in the morning and grab breakfast at a service station instead of the hotel. I’m hesitant to criticize hospitality, and the staff I met were pleasant, but the room didn’t meet the standard I’d expect from a hotel.
“Very pleasant, good value hotel.”
The room was spacious, the bar meals were very good, and the buffet‑style breakfast offered a nice variety of food. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the dining room was lovely with a nice view. Some breakfast items were a bit dry because they had been sitting for a while when we went to eat, and the room was quite cold.

“Lovely and relaxing”
The staff were really nice, and everything else was lovely and clean, but some repair work is needed.
“Good venue with friendly staff”
The venue was nice and it was well located.
