I was thrilled with the location and the staff’s attentiveness, especially the waiters at the luxury restaurant who were very caring; overall the service from everyone was excellent.

The room was comfortable and they supplied purified water in the room.

The location was good, but the air conditioning didn’t work well and its placement made the nights a bit uncomfortable.

The place is in the city center, and although the rooms and bathrooms are small, they were adequate just for sleeping; the bathroom itself is very cramped, the room was clean but they forgot to put a hand towel or bath towel, and on the day I stayed there were many guests and the rooms next door were noisy, with no staff to ask them to be quiet.
