I’ll return because the place is convenient for location, price, staff and overall conditions for a budget stay. It’s within easy reach of the express bus from the airport. I could check in at any hour, even after midnight, without a receptionist present. It’s not far from the city center, with many public transport routes, shops and restaurants nearby. The staff were very friendly. The venue is small, with 13 double rooms each having a bathroom, spread over two levels, plus a common lounge/office where you can cook and store food in the fridge. My room was upstairs, so it was a bit warmer in the cold season, and it was one of the bigger rooms. It was clean. On the downside, it’s a cheap place, so you can’t expect much beyond the basics. The building was created by splitting a large high and wide space into smaller rooms on two levels, using mostly plywood and not solid walls or floors, so sound insulation is very poor, though not worse than many more luxurious places. The windows on the upper level are small and close to the floor; they’re actually the upper parts of high original windows split in two, so little daylight comes in. The heating isn’t constant, so the temperature fluctuates during the day. The space and furnishings are okay for one person but can feel cramped for two. The blankets are quite small. The mattresses are a bit overused, so they can be somewhat uncomfortable. Occasionally the hot water came instead of cold, so you have to run it for a few minutes to get the right temperature.

I know this place very well now and always enjoy coming back. The owner is great to communicate with, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. The property is clean, comfortable, and well‑equipped. I highly recommend it!
