Large rooms with comfortable furnishings. The wellness area lacks any cooling option and is a misstep – you can’t relax there. The toothbrush holder was dirty.

Very friendly staff.

We had a nice time. The sauna and the food (breakfast and dinner) were especially good. The indoor pool, which seemed to be heated, was quite cold.

The pool and sauna area were beautiful, the breakfast was decent, the location was good, and the lady at reception was very welcoming. The evening restaurant disappointed us: we arrived at 20:00 and the waitress pressured us to hurry, serving us a dish before we finished the previous one, which was disgraceful. The waitress “Heidi” was extremely unpleasant because we didn’t speak German, and I couldn’t have dessert, which was inedible; the churros were hard and greasy. It’s a shame we couldn’t choose a table, as one side of the restaurant had a nicer view, while the other was dark and faced the tennis court.

The breakfast was very varied and tasty, offering something for everyone, and the staff were always friendly; the sauna area was well equipped. Unfortunately, massage appointments were fully booked, there was some noise from the construction site next door, and the balcony lacked normal seating, with the loungers being uncomfortable.
