We stayed here because we arrived late at night and the next day we took the ferry to Stromboli; the location right by the ferry terminal was perfect for us. The check‑in and check‑out process was smooth and friendly, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby if you want to eat out. The air‑conditioning worked very well. However, the room was basic, with a balcony that offered no special city view, and the bathroom took a long time to ventilate. The price of about 100 € per night is justified mainly by the proximity to the ferry rather than the room itself.

The place is close to the port for boarding, but on the first day the room was cleaned and made up, and on the second day it was not. I expected a discount or some gesture to compensate for the missing paid service.

The location and the welcome were great, and the view of the port was lovely. The shower couldn’t be closed, and some towels had hair on them, even though they had surely been washed.
