The pool, food and service were brilliant, but damaged boards near the beach made my grandmother trip and fall; the staff didn’t go above and beyond to help, and no goodwill gesture was offered, which is expected at this level of resort.

The hotel is still fairly new and has a very good location, but we booked it and chose a Superior Double with balcony and sea view, only to receive a room overlooking the parking lot; the manager first denied a sea‑view room was available, then suddenly said a change was possible but only for an extra fee, and the staff made no effort to resolve the issue customer‑friendly. The dining was a disaster: the hotel restaurant was always open but offered a very limited, questionable quality menu, and the three nearby restaurants were fully booked all week; we only managed one table on a single evening. In the end, we had to take a taxi to Fethiye every night just to eat properly. I cannot recommend this hotel.

The staff were super friendly and everything was very tidy; the food was tasty with a wide selection, and the night offer was a nice touch; the pools and all facilities were top; overall a great vacation spot.
