I started my morning with a great breakfast and the staff were friendly. The room was large, clean, and the bed was comfy.

“Brilliant Spot”

The Alavon Inn is a beautiful spot; we stayed for 1 night to break up our trip between Aquaforte and Placentia. The staff were very friendly, especially Colleen who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, the food was excellent, and the place was spotlessly clean. I would highly recommend it.

There was a restaurant on site, and there are no other places to eat nearby. The property needs updating: no air conditioning in the rooms and the flooring needs to be replaced.

“Decent place to stay in that corner of the world”

The bed was comfy and the room was very clean. We ate at the only restaurant in the vicinity for breakfast and dinner, and it was decent. The women in charge were super friendly and attentive. We arrived on a sunny day, but the room was stuffy and hot with no AC; opening the window cooled it nicely. The sea view seems a bit exaggerated—see pic.
