The location is strategic, yet the rest of the property is awful. This was the worst experience I’ve had at this hotel; everything inside is terrible and not what was advertised. If you’re thinking of staying here, don’t waste your money on this rubbish place.

Location was ideal for me. The check in was a hassle it was very very problematic. I would not recommend this place, No customer service suppport only 1 guy I think a Bangladeshi on a handphone, not helpful. The conditions did not mention a RM100/deposit, which be paid by cash or bank transfer. But when I called, the guy said only bank transfer. No reception, no front office only talk via phone. I would recommend Perfect Host or Master house (same bldg) with similar & better facilities & front office & customer service. These 2 alternatives have round the clock maintenance etc. They made me pay via electronic by TNGgo transfer I prefered cash, they said not possible but their conditions were cash or transfer. So I did a TNGo transfer. First attempt did not go through, as the C/service infoed me, with 3 minutes 2nd attempt & my deposit of RM100 was accepted. After checking my TNGo transections there were 2 payments made to them. I down- loaded the transection record as proof but they said they only received 1 payment. I gave them a full record of confirmed payment to a private acc, yet he denied. Note the deposit scan payment platform was in a private person's name Mahamud Abdullah Al. I'm making a police report on the matter, as he only refunded RM100/ & just said the second payment no record. I BELIEVE I HAVE BEEN SCAMMED & WHY SHOULD I BE PAYING TO AN INDIVIDUAL'S ACCOUNT & NOT CO. AC
