We’ve been staying at this hotel for several years, so we keep choosing it as our top option in Puebla. The buffet’s pastries were a bit hard, though.

We liked the covered pool, the room and lobby décor, the spacious shower with hot water, the large sink area, and the friendly staff. However, the advertised heated pool and hydro pool were actually very cold during our stay. The buffet was very disappointing 😞. The room had a strong odor that made us leave a day early; I suspect the mattresses and pillows might have caused it, but I’m not sure. Floors were covered in hair, the ice thongs were dirty, and the pillow cases didn’t look clean. The hotel is far from any interesting spots in Puebla, located in an industrial area that isn’t very walkable.
