Location, quiet, cooked breakfast, clean, free on street parking availability. Nice gesture of 2 red roses in our room as it was our anniversary. Rocking chair in room tired and blocked access to wardrobe. Too many rules for lounge (no snacks, food or drinks allowed)

The guest house was efficient, clean, and tidy. I had to book at the last minute (literally) and it was no problem. My bedroom was comfortable. The bathroom was clean and well equipped. Breakfast was well cooked and served in a pleasant dining room.

I liked the comfortable stay and the great spot, but the separate bathroom was a bit annoying, the bath water wasn’t hot, and there were no hand towels in the bathroom.

The breakfasts were lovely with a wide selection of tasty, locally sourced dishes, the hosts were very friendly and helpful, and the town centre was just a short walk away.
