I had a terrible experience at Regenta Raj Place in Agra; the property was just awful.

Services While we paid for buffet breakfast, there was nothing available When we asked the person offered few dishes and declined later We requested for plain omelet for 5 years old child and they put onions, when we asked to replace the omelet, the guy says no more eggs in the hotel. It was not a great experience Even the geyser in the bathroom doesn’t work

I would not recommend this property at all; I was shocked by the owner’s rude behaviour and the way he talked to guests. He told us to stay or leave, and I’ll warn everyone not to book here. All the reviews on the booking site are wrong, and the hotel is a mess.

My stay at Hotel Regenta was awful; I would advise everyone to avoid it. The owner treated guests poorly, and the staff and general manager were unhelpful. The service at Hotel Regenta Raj Place is subpar, and the food shown in the photo I sent looks terrible.

Zero amenities: no mineral water, no tea sachets, no milk sachets. The breakfast was below standard and didn’t live up to the brand’s reputation. Every time we asked for something, the staff refused.
