“Buena estadía con detalles a mejorar”
The front desk, maintenance, and bar staff were all excellent, yet the dining and housekeeping left a lot to be desired; rooms looked and felt dirty, the cleaning crew would touch down once and then immediately enter the room, which is not how they usually operate; the kitchen is supposedly under maintenance, but the food quality and variety dropped sharply, whereas before it was fresh and had daily themed options that we enjoyed.
The staff were very friendly, but there was a noticeable shortage of people in the drinks area.
The guys in the lobby were fantastic, and a lady was especially kind when we asked for a late check‑out; the food was excellent for the price, making it ideal for a quick getaway.

Customer service was good and the food tasted fine but felt repetitive; the bathroom stalls in the rooms had a strong sewage smell, the rooms looked very old, we ran into issues with the main door locks and one bathroom lock that wouldn’t open, so my brother got stuck and had to call maintenance; the pool water wasn’t temperature‑controlled, so it was too hot and made it hard to cool off, which made the stay unpleasant; the rooms need remodeling and improvement, and the food, while decent, lacks variety.
